There may also be supply issues that force us to use a substitute item or flower, however we will try our best to ensure this runs as smooth as possible. There may be cases where the recepient is NOT AT HOME and we are unable to leave with a neighbour therefore if it is at all possible we shall leave it in a safe place or return to the shop leaving a calling card.
